Over half term the kids and I have been making fairies.
Darcy made the little blue one and the delightful patchwork quilt. I loved the way she just got on with it, cutting little squares of fabric and paper out and sticking them onto a piece of blanket.
My son has also made a fairy, it’s ace and I’ll put a picture up tomorrow when I have the light to take a decent photo, it’s a butterfly fairy.
Every time I run a workshop, I’m really delighted to see how different, quirky and characterful the little dogs all come out. Well done everyone!
I’m running two more dog-making sessions, on Wednesday 18th and Wednesday 25th. Then we’re moving on to Spring Fairies, which are fully formed in my imagination but need some fleshing out in the real world, watch this space!
